This policy covers the Ajoru coming-soon website and messages sent to info@ajoru.com.

1. Website visits

This site has no account system, payment flow, advertising trackers, or analytics scripts. We do not set cookies or use browser storage on this site. Our hosting provider, Firebase Hosting (Google), may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, request time, and browser or device information to deliver and secure the website.

2. When you contact us

If you email us or submit the technical briefing request form, we receive your email address and any name, organization, or other information you choose to include. Briefing form submissions are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and delivered to us by email. We use that information to respond to you and manage the correspondence. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

3. Service providers and sharing

Hosting, form delivery (FormSubmit), and email service providers may process information to operate these services, including in countries outside your own. We do not sell personal information or use it for behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to protect the website and our legal rights.

4. Retention and security

We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage our relationship, or meet legal obligations. Provider-managed technical information is subject to the provider’s applicable practices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

5. Your choices and rights

You can browse without submitting the briefing form. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your correspondence. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email info@ajoru.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to you.

6. Updates

We may update this policy as the website changes. The last-updated date above identifies the current version. Any future product with different data practices will need its own applicable disclosures.
